DENVER, Colorado – Birner Dental Management Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: BDMS), operators of PERFECT TEETH® dental practices and Vantage Dental Implant Center, announced results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2010. For the quarter ended September 30, 2010, revenue increased $1.5 million, or 10.0%, to $16.0 million. The Company's earnings before, interest, taxes, depreciation, amortization, non-cash expense associated with stock-based compensation and discontinued operations ("Adjusted EBITDA") increased $89,000, or 5.3%, to $1.8 million. Income from continuing operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 increased $14,000, or 2.9%, to $486,000 compared to $472,000 for the same period of 2009. Earnings per share from continuing operations increased 4.0% to $0.26 compared to $0.25 for the quarter ended September 30, 2009. Net earnings per share increased 34.3%, to $.26 for the quarter ended September 30, 2010 compared to $.19 for the quarter ended September 30, 2009.

Tufts University's Dental School Will Conduct Formal Clinical StudyFREDERICK, Maryland – BioElectronics Corporation (PINKSHEETS: BIEL), developers of innovative pain-relieving medical devices, today announces it has been awarded a major grant from the U.S. government that will complete funding for a study on the effectiveness of Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy in reducing oral surgery pain.
